## What we do

- **Inbound & support agents** — qualify, answer, route and draft replies from the client's own documents, with escalation to a human when confidence drops.
- **Lead qualification & follow-up** — score and enrich every enquiry against the client's ideal-client rules, then follow up before the lead goes cold.
- **Back-office operations** — quotes, invoices, reports, filings and document generation.
- **Internal copilots** — ask-your-docs assistants over SOPs, contracts, tickets and past projects.
- **Systems integration** — CRM, ERP, finance, helpdesk and legacy tools connected via APIs and webhooks.
- **Ops dashboards** — live operational reporting instead of hand-rebuilt spreadsheets.

Typical stack: n8n, Make or Zapier for orchestration; OpenAI or Anthropic models for reasoning; the client's existing CRM, ERP, helpdesk, finance and document tools for data. Open, self-hostable tooling is preferred so automations keep running if the engagement ends.

## Process (the Scalyd Method)

1. **Map** — the client describes their most repetitive work; Scalyd returns a one-page Automation Map with the three workflows worth automating first, ranked by hours saved, effort and dependencies. Free, delivered within 48 hours, no sales call required.
2. **Blueprint** — triggers, edge cases, data flow, access and success metrics are documented; a fixed price and a fixed timeline are quoted.
3. **Build** — built and tested on the client's real data in staging, then shipped with retries, logs, alerts and human approval points where they matter. 3–4 weeks to production for a single workflow.
4. **Operate** — optional monthly retainer: monitoring, fixes under a written SLA, one new automation per month, quarterly ROI review. Cancellable in any month.

Quotes are fixed after the Blueprint, never hourly estimates. Billing in USD, EUR or DZD on request. Third-party platform subscription costs, if any, are passed through at cost without markup.
